It was an honor to welcome on stage Martin Goebel, Director for Mexico & Latin America for LegacyWorks Group , who shared his company’s mission in his talk entitled "How LegacyWorks Works" at the May 14 joint Global Wellness Summit and Global Wellness Institute Wellness Real Estate & Communities Symposium.

“’Sustainable’ is not enough," Martin advocated to the room of real estate developers, architects and investors. "You need to regenerate and care for the social environment around you… not just to create value for your development but to create much, much less risk in the long-term resilience of your property.”

Thank you, Martin, for connecting Richard Gere to the Global Wellness Summit community! It was through their relationship that Richard came to the Symposium to speak about the Sierra A Mar project.
