Now entering its next chapter, Uncorked Kitchen, located in Santa Barbara, offers an intimate dining experience, seating up to 14 guests Thursday through Saturday. Chef and sommelier Michael Amador will be creating a seven course, wine-paired, tasting menu focused on the bounty from the Central Coast, with influences and direction from around the world.
