We are loving this ‘winter’ weather!

2025 is a wrap! And I could not have done it without great clients! All 27 of them last year!
From the last couple months, here are some highlights:
-Kate & Todd sold a home out of town and hoped to move straight into their next ‘project’ which we managed to find and secure despite a multiple offer situation.
-Juanita (& Rick) are repeat clients and wanted a property for their boys to live in and start the road to homeownership!
-Kevin & Holly, also repeat clients, wanted an upgrade over their current home. Another multiple offer situation & with great perseverance (and maybe some tears) we prevailed!
-Reyne, Jose (& Jose Sr) are first time home buyers! What an honor and joy to assist in helping clients secure a home and start to build generational wealth.
-Teresa sold her home and moved to SB to be closer to family. Finding the perfect small single level home in a neighborhood close to her daughter took several months but she is happily settled!
-Jen & Dave love SB and want to retire here someday, but in the meantime they have a great pied-à-terre!
-Michael & Paulette loved their Cayucos home but wanted to be closer to quality medical services. After finding a beautiful Estancia unit they were able to sell their home in one day and close concurrently on the 2 properties!
-Jane needed to sell her parents ocean view family home. While in original condition, a good cleaning and great staging helped her secure a fabulous price!

I definitely had FOMO flying home by myself and leaving the family behind but I am so proud of them for pushing thru and making it to the top! 😳

Just got a flower delivery from a repeat client (I helped him sell a property a few years ago) and I continue to be a resource for him. We looked at property over the weekend and today I got this lovely surprise!

A wedding in Escondido, a red carpet themed party in LA, baby snuggles, late night pick up of someone’s wedding flowers, throwing a bridal shower for 150 people and 2 late night stops at the same In’N Out an hour away. Oh, and don’t forget a stop at Stampede in Temecula. We checked all the boxes in 4 days.
