So exciting to finally share that a couple years ago, I got the opportunity of a lifetime to dust off my dancing shoes again and step back in time to Studio 54 for the new “Michael” biopic. It was an honor of a lifetime getting to watch create their magic and display such inspiring leadership. Thank you for not taking “no” for an answer and pushing me right when I needed it most- and congrats to you on the stunning work you’ve contributed this amazing film. 👏👏👏 Such great memories dancing, laughing and making magic with old and new friends and family. 2025, what a wonderful surprise you were.
I’ve never been much of a New Year’s Eve girl. The pressure to spring into action just a month after much indulgence, rest, and reflection has always felt a bit daunting— severe to the nervous system. January 1st has never held much authority for me, because I believe deeply that every day is another chance—another gift—to become the version of yourself you’re reaching for: a better mom, a better friend, a better wife, a better dreamer. This year was a wonderful representation of that, giving me the opportunity to work with truly remarkable people. I watched them shine, challenge themselves, be vulnerable, be brave. I found myself in rooms where I could only hope to be the sum of their guests—and for that, I am endlessly grateful. Toward the end of October, work slowed its pace, and after a year of trying for another baby, we learned we were pregnant again. I had just begun to believe it might never happen and had quietly allowed myself to imagine a family with only one child. Sadly, just before Christmas, around eight weeks, we learned we were miscarrying again. Continued below….

Spring was full of all the things that make life so darling; celebrations and family around the dinner table, dirty hands and feet in the garden, vacations, new memories and traditions…. Exciting work and all the people I love so dearly. Gathering multiple generations of people who have been impacted by my beautiful Mother to celebrate the indelible impact she’s made in the dance community over 35+ years was an extra special cherry on top of all the sweetness. ❤️
