Thanks SB Independent for highlighting our UCSB volunteer mahjong teachers who will be helping us on Saturday at the Year of the Fire Horse Festival.
Lunar New Year Celebration at El Presidio de Santa Bárbara to Include Food, Art, and Mahjong The Year of the Fire Horse Festival on Saturday, February 21, is free and open to the public and will feature expert-led mahjong lessons inside Presidio Chapel.

Asian American Association of Santa Barbara County is helping out with snacks. UCSB Asian Board Games Association is providing teachers. Camarillo Kung Fu and Lion Dance will be performing.
