This week we’re celebrating three incredible milestones!
A member who’s been with us for over two years hitting a 90 lb heel elevated squat.
A mom of four earning her first bodyweight pull-up while stepping into her race era.
One of our most dedicated members winning our 4-week challenge, losing 4.4 lbs of body fat, gaining 6 lbs of muscle, and pulling a 97.5 lb stiff-legged kettlebell deadlift.
