Throughout person served Tanya's Paid Internship, Mara has provided exceptional support by offering ongoing coaching, encouragement, and workplace guidance. During the job development process, she incorporated American Sign Language (ASL) into her coaching, helping Tanya expand her ASL vocabulary, strengthen her consistency in using sign language, and build confidence in communicating with others.

Through his work as an ILS Mentor in our Empowered Living services, Richard has built strong, meaningful relationships with the people he supports and their circles of support, ensuring services are personalized, impactful, and empowering. He has forged genuine bonds with supported individuals, and it is clear they enjoy the connection, guidance, and support he provides.

Richard goes above and beyond to ensure every person feels heard, respected, and valued. His compassion, teamwork, and commitment to helping others achieve their goals consistently make a positive difference.
