What made you excited for a new school year when you were younger? 🏫

For some students, it might have been new clothes, seeing friends again after a long summer, or the excitement of learning something new. Now, as a Site Program Manager, Mayra Mendoza with the San Bernardino West Region still looks forward to the start of a new school year, but for different reasons. At the Hesperia Resource Fair last week, families got to speak with Think Together staff about our programming, resources, and local support. They also received books and free bags filled with hygiene products and school supplies.

Think Together is grateful for these opportunities to connect with local communities and provide outreach to families.

Back to School season is starting and Think Together is ready to help! 📚🎒

Last week, Think Together had the opportunity to support local families at Desert Hot Springs High School's Freshman Orientation. We got to talk with the incoming freshmen and local families who wanted to know more about our high school program and provided them with flyers for community events. Students even went home with a free backpack for a great start to their first year of high school!
