Costa Mesa, CA. We got the call from the home owner for us to come out to give her a free estimate. We went out, and she let us know she was sick of the stucco look of her home and while we were at it, she didn't like the old faded white windows she had. She wanted a new and modern look, so we installed brand new black frame Milgard Windows, and James Hardie Arctic White Lap Siding to bring new life to her home.

For this San Clemente project, the customer was interested in a total overhaul of the exterior of their home. In order to achieve a deeper grain we installed TruWood Lap Siding. Then, to accent the grain of the siding, we installed smooth fiber cement trim to all window trims, door trims and corners. In pairing the deeper grain siding with the smooth trim, we were able to make the grain and color of the siding really pop.

When it came to this project, the homeowner let us know they we generally happy with the overall look of their home, but was looking to spruce up their backyard. Since They generally entertain guests and have family gatherings by their pool, we suggested several options that were simple, but significant. Ultimately, they decided to have us install Boral Versetta stone to the pillars below their balcony. This particular style is the boral versetta stone, tight-cut in the sterling finish.

This homeowner had just added stone to their old stucco home, and asked us to install siding to the rest of the exterior. In order to be more cost effective, we furred out the stucco, and installed our siding onto the furring strips. Of course if your home has stucco, please ask us about furring out as an alternative to stucco removal.

When we met with the homeowners to give them their free estimate, they mentioned that they had already purchased a new door and wanted to install siding that had a clean look and could help highlight their brand new door. We went with James Hardie Arctic White Color Plus lap siding. In order to add depth to the look of their new siding, we installed cedarmill lap siding with smooth trim to to the corners, window frames, and door frames.
