This is another case that we had agreed to a while back. What I liked about this case was that eventhough the daughter was really sad about letting them go, mom and daughter agreed to surrender all the babies when I explained the dangers of hamsters fighting. I've had many cases in the past where people don't surrender all of them because they don't want their kid to be sad.

🚨 We were originally going to just help them separate the hamsters so they stop having babies, due to being full/having new hamsters coming in later. As soon as I saw the hamsters I knew they needed to stay here. The babies are six weeks old but look to be 3 weeks old. They have been eating each other. One of them is missing a leg and has the bone sticking out, and mom is now missing her eyes. The owner said she had walked in to them eating the intestines of one of them. His remains were in a corner of the cage. I'm glad they reached out for help. You could tell she was stressed about everything going on so I'm glad we were able to help.
