After 3 months of back and forth with the city, it took less then 1/2 a day to take the old garage down to make way for a new garage/ADU.

I get asked by customers all the time, can we purchase on Amazon or Wayfair etc. Sure but we can't be responsible for it. Great you saved a couple of bucks but sometimes it comes as an unseen cost.
