Recovery doesn’t mean you’ll never hurt again. It doesn’t mean you’ll never feel overwhelmed, hopeless, or completely lost. It means you don’t have to go through those moments alone.

A bad day doesn’t erase your progress.
Asking for help doesn’t erase your strength.
Sometimes the strongest thing you can do is put your pride down and say: “I’m not okay. I need someone.” And sometimes the most important thing you can do for someone else is STAY.

Stay for the phone call.
Stay for the uncomfortable conversation.
Stay when they don’t have the words.
Stay long enough for them to remember that their life still has value.

✨ UTAH COUNTY RECOVERY DAY ✨

What an incredible day, the energy was unreal. The smiles, the conversations, the laughter, the support, & the genuine connection were a reminder of what recovery is really about.

Seeing so many people come together to celebrate recovery, support one another, & remind each other that we are not alone was absolutely amazing.

This is what recovery looks like.
This is what connection feels like.
This is community.
