The Jacked Rabbit vision was to create a superior sound system to highlight the talents of local DJs at events, including Element-11 and Decompression.
The system is comprised of 25,000 watts RMS of EAW loudspeakers including four EAW LA128z dual subs, four EAW LA400 sub-bass horns, four EAW LA215 two ways, and two EAW LA325 three-ways. The system is powered by either a Powersoft X8 amplifier running off a three-phase power supply, or the portable flight case of five Behringer iNuke NU4-6000 amplifiers and DBX Driverack PA2. The monitors consist of two Mackie SRM550 1600w two-ways and a Mackie Thump 18s 1200w sub.

Was fun letting the rabbit out of the hat last night to rock the fundraiser, and it was really great to see so many amazing people and all the elements of the planning come together.
I wanted to give a quick update that the big outdoor system has been sold and now belongs to some friends of mine. If you'd like to rent it let me know, and I'll put you in touch! They're keeping the Jacked Rabbit name. I also took the opportunity to load up on some new EAW RL series powered speakers for those non-dusty gigs. They sound incredibly pure with a perfect response to replicate your music as you produced or play it. I've got RL 12s for monitors, a couple pair of RL 15s for tops and six RL 18s to choose from depending on the power available.

Despite the theft we're back up and running for the Tara Brooks show on Friday!
Well it looks like someone helped themselves to my sound trailer back here in the default world while I was out at the burn. Definitely going to need a whole new set of speak-on and xlr cables as well as extension cords and monitors. That's a lot of copper :\ Perhaps there will be a little fundraiser coming up soon... lets make some lemonade out of lemons.
