Come up with a plan to Overcome your bad habit...If "X", Then "Y"

Like, IF I oversleep and don't work out in the morning, THEN I must take a 20 minute walk during lunch.

Come up with a consequence for your actual triggers.

We all have bad habits that we are trying to break. Think ahead of what pitfalls might come you way, then come up with a plan.
You can do this.
