Hello everyone. I am writing this in hopes that people can take a few moments to either donate or share, everythinghing helps.
On Tuesday February 6th, my sister Shelagh Doody lost her fiancé and father to their two children, Bradley Cole, in a horrific and tragic accident. Their children, my nephews, are 19 months and 6 weeks old. Bradley was the sole provider of the home at the time of his passing. I created this fundraiser to try and raise some funds specifically for Shelagh to take care of her two boys, to try and provide a little relief while they navigate this incredibly difficult time. For everyone that has already taken the time to donate to Shelagh, make meals, and send kind words - our family is truly grateful. I will also share links to the meal train and amazon list that her good friend Danielle O'Donnell DiBiasi started. Thank you so much for your time. 💔

A little pop of color on this cloudy morning. Kev and I had the chance to swing by Tony Andrews Farm a few weeks ago just before the sun had set. The sky was starting to light up and we were scrambling trying to think of a spot to shoot that wasn’t too far away as we were running out of time. Luckily, TAF is less than a five minute drive and the sunflowers were at peak. Its quite the scene with all the flowers in bloom, the birds and bees happily buzzing around surrounding you with their summer song, and the sun painting colors on the sky like it was it’s own canvas. Click.

One of my favorite trees in Falmouth. I shot this just after the sun had set. I love walking here and photographing this tree because each time the foreground/background is different. Crane has so many different species of plants, especially native plants, in bloom throughout the year. It’s such a spectacular sight! The birds, bees, butterflies, and other pollinators are busy taking advantage of all the flora. I took this when the leucanthemum, or oxeye daisy, was in bloom.
This tree is a perfect place to sit, reflect, and enjoy all of the nature surrounding you - big and small. ♥️

I shared an image from a sunrise at the Sandwich Boardwalk yesterday where the sky was full of color. I tried going the morning before that and there was no such luck. Not a cloud in the sky. It was still a beautiful morning so I decided to try and practice taking some panoramic shots. I haven’t done many of these because I didn’t really know what I was doing - the ex*****on was no good. I did some reading and got to work. This image here is comprised of five shots stitched together. It was a peaceful morning I was lucky enough to share with just the birds. ♥️

A little pop of color on a rainy day. I’ve been itching to get a shot here before they start the construction of the new boardwalk. I have no clue how it happened but I had the whole place to myself on a summer morning. No wind, sky on fire, and perfect reflections - I was like a kid in a candy store.
This is a thirty second exposure from August 7, 2023. ♥️

*Sometimes* you get lucky. On this particular evening I was lucky enough to have spent a whole day on the outer cape with my family enjoying nature and all the beauty that surrounds us here on Cape. We stopped at Thumpertown Beach in Eastham for sunset as we were making our way back home. The shoreline here is much different than Falmouth’s. You can walk and walk and see no one for miles. While clicking away on the camera this gentlemen walked through the composition and I really liked how his silhouette appeared against the candy colored sky and the empty beach. I love walking the beaches in solitude - that is where all of life’s problems seem to sort themselves out and I find my healing. I know I’m not alone in feeling that way - it’s all connected - we’re all connected. ♥️

Stage Harbor in Chatham under the stars. There aren’t many words to describe what it’s like to be out in the night, under the stars, doing what you love to do - but - it’s as close to perfection as it can get for me. ♥️🌌♥️
