VIP QUALIFICATION SHEET



Part time position is available for a Sales Associate at Very Intimate Pleasures Inc. (VIP), a high-end adult boutique, Specialty Smoke Shop and V**e Store located in San Rafael.

The primary focus for the position will be to provide an exceptional customer experience through friendly, courteous service, providing detailed product information and offering advice in response to customer’s needs. The Sales Associate also participates in stocking, housekeeping, merchandising and other duties as assigned.


Job Responsibilities:

• Greet and converse with customers in an appropriate, positive and genuine manner
• Provide courteous and knowledgeable assistance to customers in accordance with their needs
• Complete sales transactions efficiently and accurately
• Learn and review product information and materials to gain or enhance knowledge of adult related merchandise, movies, smoke shop and v**e items
• Maintain store appearance
• Adhere to established guidelines and procedures


Qualifications:

• Outgoing, enthusiastic individual with a passion for retail
• Reliable, professional and self-motivated
• Customer focused
• Friendly, polite, positive attitude essential
• Non Jugemental
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail oriented
• Team player
• Flexible schedules to include nights and weekends
• Prior retail/cash handling experience (Minimum of one year retail or two years customer service)
• Merchandising experience a plus
• Bilingual a plus
• Must be eligible to work in the United States


Education: Minimum high school graduate, college education preferred


Compensation: $15 per hour minimum starting wage plus benefits offered after 90 days
