Unlike traditional camps that spend much of the day playing games, the Baseball Lab is designed with a purpose: to help players understand why they are practicing a skill, how to improve it, and then immediately apply it in fun, game-like situations.

Every day focuses on a specific area of baseball development, allowing players to build confidence through instruction, repetition, friendly competition, and interactive games.
