Honored to announce that Erin Ridley has joined the technical staff as an assistant coach for the 2026 NWSL season.
Erin joins Bay FC with over 20 years of coaching experience on her resume, most recently spending seven seasons as a head coach and assistant coach with the San Jose Earthquakes Academy.
She is the first ever female to have been a head coach within a Academy in the United States.
Erin holds a US Soccer A License, and has also served as an assistant coach with both Men’s and Women’s US Soccer Youth National Teams.
In 2025, Erin also earned the highly prestigious French Football Federation Elite Formation Coaching License, and is the first ever American female to complete the course.
Erin and Bay FC will kick off the 2026 season this Saturday, March 14th in San Jose.

Proud to announce that Jen Klein has joined the technical staff as an assistant coach for the 2026 season.
Jen joins Bay FC after a highly successful collegiate coaching career, most recently spending eight seasons as head coach of Michigan Women’s Soccer.
Posting an impressive 72-58-21 overall record at Michigan from 2018-2025, Jen lead the Wolverines NCAA Tournament berths in 2019, 2021, and 2023, also winning the Big Ten Tournament title in 2021.
Prior to Michigan, Jen spent four seasons as the associate head coach at USC from 2014-2017, including a historic season for the Trojans in 2016, finishing 19-4-2 overall and winning the NCAA National Championship at PayPal Park in San Jose.
In addition to her work at the collegiate level, Jen holds a US Soccer A License and has also served as an assistant coach with the USYNT.
Jen and Bay FC will kick off the 2026 NWSL season this Saturday, March 14th in San Jose.
