Recognizing that each exercise move, we do, every activity that we include in our daily routines has benefits beyond what is traditionally focused on allows the modern person to be able to develop all aspects of themselves without having to spend a tremendous amount of extra time. This is an Integrated Approach to Total Well Being. The alternative to this is to spend time every day, doing workouts for your body, reading books, listening to podcasts, and ingesting content for your mind. Spending time processing emotions inside of you. This will take a minimum of 3 to 4 hours to properly do all of this in one day. This is not practical for any person to maintain on a daily basis. And integrated approach to total well-being, allows us to recognize that our body, mind and emotions are all connected. Therefore, when we do physical exercise, it also affects the mind and emotions. My focus on mental principles, it also affects the body and emotions. And when we process our emotions, the way we feel, there’s a direct change in our mind and body. 08/14/2023
