is a celebration of the freedom to access ideas, a fundamental
right that belongs to everyone and over which no one person

Give your Halloween costumes a second life! 🎃

The City of San Rafael is collecting clean, gently used costumes and accessories for our annual Halloween Costume Swap.

Drop off costumes through Thursday, October 8 at:
• Albert J. Boro Community Center
• San Rafael Community Center
• Terra Linda Community Center
• San Rafael Public Library
• Northgate Library

All ages and sizes are welcome. Costumes and accessories should be clean and in good condition.

Join us Friday, October 9, from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm at Pickleweed Park to drop off, exchange, or take home a costume for free. The event takes place during Movies in the Park, featuring Toy Story 5 at sunset.

¡Dale una segunda vida a tus disfraces de Halloween! 🎃

La Ciudad de San Rafael está recolectando disfraces y accesorios limpios y usados en buen estado para nuestro Intercambio Anual de Disfraces de Halloween.

Puedes donar hasta el jueves 8 de octubre en:

• San Rafael Public Library

Aceptamos disfraces de todas las edades y tallas. Los artículos deben estar limpios y en buen estado.
