Sometimes the best thing you can do for yourself is slow down. ☀️🧘🏽‍♀️

Overthinking can leave our minds feeling exhausted, even when our bodies are standing still. Give yourself permission to pause, breathe, and reset. You don’t have to solve everything today. 💛

Take a deep breath in… and an easy exhale out. 🌿

A huge thank you to Seattle Parks and Recreation for hosting our recent Girls Circle® Facilitator Training! 💙

It was an incredible opportunity to come together with dedicated youth-serving professionals who are committed to creating safe, supportive spaces where girls can build confidence, strengthen relationships, and discover their voices.

We were especially inspired by the engagement of the youth participants, whose enthusiasm and thoughtful contributions made the experience even more meaningful.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and to Seattle Parks and Recreation for your partnership and commitment to supporting the next generation. We can't wait to see the impact these new facilitators will make in their communities! ✨

Thank you to all who participated in our first annual Walk the Walk Fundraiser. Together, we raised nearly $5,000!

What a weekend!

Our Walk the Walk for Youth fundraiser brought together an incredible community of supporters, advocates, and champions for young people. Every step taken, every donation made, and every conversation shared helped create more opportunities for youth to experience the power of Circle programs.

Because of you, more young people will have access to safe spaces where they can be heard, valued, and supported.

Thank you to everyone who walked, donated, fundraised, volunteered, and cheered us on. Your support makes a lasting difference.

✨ Together, we're walking toward a future where every young person feels seen, connected, and empowered.
