One of the gifts of Animal Reiki is learning to notice the stories we carry about animals—and recognizing when those stories begin to limit what we can see.

When we become still enough to release our assumptions, even for a moment, we make more space to recognize the animal's wholeness, wisdom and unique spirit.

Sometimes it's not about what's in front of you...

It's about how you choose to see what's there. ✨

This month, we'll be exploring seeing with "Reiki eyes" and how this opens us up to seeing differently.

We'll also be embracing Eagle energy, reminding us to see with compassion and clarity. 🦅

And it's not about changing, fixing, or controlling outcomes.

It's not about doing more.

The healing power of love shines through when we release the need to fix our animals and love them for exactly who they are. 🙏

We love our animals deeply. ❤️

So when they're sick, injured, aging, or approaching the end of life, we want to do everything we can to help.

But the true gift we can offer to animals is our compassionate presence.

Rather than trying to fix, we must learn to quiet our minds, soften our expectations, and meet each moment with openness, respect, and trust. 🙏

Letting go and allowing yourself to simply be is the first step to embracing your true self.
