A remarkable home. A lifetime of history.
For the first time in more than 30 years, the longtime Pacific Heights home of conductor and composer Michael Tilson Thomas is on the market.
We were honored to help transition the estate, working alongside Compass realtor Helena Zaludova (Helena Zaludova | San Francisco Real Estate) to carefully sort, catalogue, and coordinate the clearance of furnishings, art, personal belongings, and an extensive music archive.
Thoughtful estate resolution is about more than clearing a home — it’s about preserving what matters, honoring its history, and preparing a meaningful space for its next chapter.

Whether you’re nearby or managing everything from afar, we’re here to make a difficult transition feel a little easier. 🤍

Downsizing takes more time than most people expect. Starting early gives you the space to make thoughtful decisions about what to keep, donate, consign, or pass along. The goal is not to rush; it’s to right-size intentionally.

There’s no better compliment than hearing we made a move feel easier.
From start to finish, our goal is to take the time, stress, and logistics off our clients’ plates, so they can focus on settling into their new home.
Thank you, Kyle, for trusting Changing Places with your move. We’re so grateful to have been part of it!
These primary closets were unpacked, thoughtfully organized, and designed
to be move-in ready from the moment our clients walked through the door.
From matching hangers to carefully planned zones, every detail is
intentionally curated to create a space that’s both beautiful and functional.
Life is better when everything has a home.
Moving is ranked among life’s biggest stressors, but it doesn’t have to feel that way. 📦✨
We handle as much (or as little) of your move as you need. From the details you don’t have time to manage to coordinating an entire move while you’re out of town, our goal is simple: take the time, stress, and anxiety off your plate.
Because a move is more than getting from one place to another. It’s a transition, and having the right team by your side can make all the difference.
