With a background in reproductive medicine and years of client support experience, she brings compassion, patience, and a deep understanding of the fertility journey to every intended parent she works with. Alyssia is passionate about making a meaningful difference in people's lives and feels honored to help families achieve their dream of having a child. When she's not supporting clients, you'll find her spending time with her husband and two boys, traveling, trying new restaurants, or sewing.

We’re excited to spotlight our Surrogacy Program Manager, Alison Holland, who has recently stepped into this role at Donor Concierge!

Alison brings several years of experience in third-party fertility, previously working as a Patient Finance Coordinator. She now brings her deep industry knowledge, strong customer service background, and thoughtful case management skills to support intended parents through every step of the search process.

Known for her warm personality and caring approach, Alison is passionate about helping families feel supported and confident on their journey. Outside of work, Alison lives in New Jersey with her husband, children, cats, and two French bulldogs. She’s a car enthusiast who enjoys beach days, reading, gardening, and spending time with family and friends.
