About our Yoga Instructors:

🪷 Sarah Steen, RYT-500, has been delighting in the discoveries of yoga since first stepping onto a mat in 1998. She began teaching in 2003 and soon after became a registered yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance. Using yoga philosophy, mindful sequencing, breath practices, and a bit of humor, she creates classes to encourage students to build awareness both on and off the mat.

🪷 Janet Carter appreciates how the practice of yoga continually brings harmony to the mind, body, and soul. The practice is a journey of self-discovery and internal transformation that helps to cultivate a more mindful way of living. Janet’s classes are fun and upbeat with the opportunity for students to challenge themselves as they develop strength, balance, and flexibility. Her creative sequencing is grounded in the principles of alignment and breath awareness, offering a dynamic and centering practice. Janet is a certified Pilates Mat Instructor and teaches Yoga + Mindfulness to kids and teens. To find out more and to keep in touch, find Janet on Instagram .
