Embrace Yoga is a yoga and wellness studio. We offer yoga classes (livestream & in person), private instruction, retreats, wellness lectures and workshops.
In our boutique we have clothing, educational aides and yoga training props for sale. Our teachers offer a range of classes for all levels of Hatha, Yin, Iyengar, Anusara, Kundalini and Vinyasa Yoga, as well as specializing in mom + baby and private classes. We also offer customized workshops. We have relocated to 1122 Julia Street (aka 1122 Fourth Street) in Central San Rafael and have reopened a
