Joseph Pilates said it best:
“It is the mind itself which builds the body.”
Classical Pilates was never just about movement — it’s about intention.
Every breath, every cue, every precise repetition starts in the mind and reveals itself through the body. Strength follows focus. Control creates freedom.
This is the work: thoughtful, disciplined, transformative. 🖤

Your kids only get one mom.
Remember to make time for yourself. May it be a work out, stretching, a good book, a walk, journaling, that morning cup of tea. Remember you come first so that you can be better for them. 🤍
