We are a small animal foster based Non Profit (501c3) rescue in Rowan County, NC. We are dedicated to helping animals in need that happen to cross our path. We are dedicated to helping the community and our local kill shelter to find homes for these animals. Our goal is to educate the public about spay and neuter programs, to help the mass inflow of unwanted animals.
Our super-scared black kittens from the shelter pull a few weeks ago have officially graduated to the foster room! 🖤 Everyone is doing really well… well, except Milo. 😂
He is not particularly thrilled with his new digs and immediately made a beeline for the litter box cabinet to claim it as his safe space. I did catch him peeking out, though!
They all still hate being picked up and held, but they do allow it. Even Milo, who grumbles at me the entire time while I smother him with kisses.
I like to think somewhere deep down, he’s actually enjoying it. 🤣
We’ll take the little victories. 🖤🐈⬛

Another week in foster care for JJ 🥺
We think JJ wants to stay in foster care forever, but he doesn’t realize it doesn’t happen that easy.. he’s not been a shining star at our events or meets.. he’s a completely different kitty in his foster home! He’s so energetic, entertaining, full of spirit and personality.. he’s dog and cat friendly and he cuddles..he’s getting older by the week and his chances have dwindled because he’s overshadowed by the tinies..
We hope there is a family out there looking for a high spirited “teen” boy kitten!! 😄
(Pic of him cuddled up with his foster mom in comments) 🥺

ADOPTED!!!!!
Miss Kitty!!! 💖
This beauty made her debut yesterday at our adoption event! She did amazing and received lots of compliments!
Her kittens were at our last adoption event and found homes very quickly! Now it’s her turn!
She’s a young lady, who must of had her kittens at a very young age, but she’s all done having babies and it’s her time to shine! She’s very playful, social and affectionate! She still has some kitten energy..she’s been fully vetted and had her one eye removed from a previous unknown condition.. that will not slow this gorgeous lady down!!
If your interested in meeting Miss Kitty, send us a message directly!
Check out her video in the comments, walking confidently with her leash! 🐈⬛
