Sprinting based programming gets the looks and function most people want more efficiently versus body building, cardio, even neo classical HIIT training. Like Costco, the “entry fee” “costs” just a bit more, but in the end you save more time, money and fits a general population and sports performance lifestyle. @ The Alpha Project
Loving Friday’s at the Storm Complex
Nice to have a local organization engage in the long term athletic development of their players, especially during a time when tournament play is on the back burner. In the end this will take girls farther and is a wise investment into the physical and mental wellbeing and overall success of the girls.

I believe this pandemic is the pivotal moment when the antiquated model which led to burnout, overuse and economic instability shifts towards an integrated, more family and athlete friendly model creating more robust players actually ready for the rigors of college and life. Just saving gas and hours in the car and putting those resources into strength, power, mobility and athleticism and homework will help local talent

We are grateful Storm has approached Alpha to their establish and training base, train girls from their organization while serving other local players to train at a high level in their home area... creating the future model of softball performance that integrates on campus like a true D1 program. We have the staff, campus, method , testing, science, coaching, players and community mindset to prove this player development model.
