Capital Calligraphers is a group of men and women from the Salem, Oregon area who are interested in the calligraphic arts.
The group was formed on April 21, 1977, for the purpose of promoting calligraphy in the greater Salem area and to encourage calligraphers to come out of hiding and gain self-confidence in their craft. One of our goals is to promote the fundamental techniques of making good letters by hand. We are not a school, but we sponsor classes and workshops. We are not a commercial business, but we will help

This year I made my Weather programs all on my own 100% except with help of my mother who did the ribbonsā¦ Art mothers great?
The cherry festival party whatever theyāre calling it is tomorrow afternoon early try and be there and see our work and what we do
Weāre a guild here in town for a long time thatās been putting on shows for you Art wise if you didnāt know.
So come feast your eyes on what we made. Itās pretty cool actually and you can keep one for free if you find the right one you like
