We are closed on Saturday for the summer; we plan on being open on Saturday late September again. Summer hours are 10 A.M to 4:30 Monday thru Fridays.

Yellow Stone Path is having a NIGHT TIME Raku class on October 21,2023 it will start at 5:30 to 9:00 P.M. Come on out and have some on a Saturday night. There be hot apple cider and peanut butter cookie.
We are open Wednesday through Saturday.

Zucchini Patties

Ingredients
2 cups shredded zucchini
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/3 cup biscuit/baking mix
2 tablespoons grated onion
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 large eggs, room temperature, lightly beaten
2 tablespoons butter

Directions
1. In a bowl, combine first seven ingredients. Stir in eggs; mix well. Shape into six patties, using about 1/4 cup of zucchini mixture for each patty.
2. In a skillet over medium-high heat, melt butter; cook patties until lightly browned, 4-5 minutes on each side
