Meet Chris Haley.
Suite 100. Black Label Marketing.
Chris didn't start an agency because he wanted to run an agency. He started it because he kept watching good business owners get taken. Great at their work. Terrible at being found. Paying thousands a month for reports full of numbers that meant nothing, and blaming themselves when nothing moved.
So he tested it himself. $150. A simple offer. Three weeks. $26,000 in revenue for a plumbing company he was running marketing for at the time.
That was the moment Black Label was born.
What he built isn't complicated, because it doesn't need to be. Get you in front of the people already looking for what you do. Make it easy for them to reach out. Make sure someone actually responds when they do. That's the whole game. And he'll tell you that directly, even when it's not what you want to hear.
He chose The Forge because he wasn't looking for an office. He was looking for a room full of people building something real. Salem is moving, and Chris wanted to be in the middle of it, not watching from the outside.

June at The Forge.
The dates worth circling:
June 5 — R&Bonzai. DJ EJ spinning R&B classics while you sip matcha, Japanese lagers, and sake. 7–9 pm.
June 20 — Summer Menu Launch at Bonzai. New season, new sips.
June 21 — Make Music Day. Music throughout the building. Plus Summer Solstice and Father's Day — reason enough to come down.
June 27 — Rhythm & Flow x Run Club Salem Summer Run Series. 8 am start, runs until 11:30. Afterparty at Bonzai with DJs spinning.
The kind of month where you wander in for one thing and end up staying for something else entirely.

Mother's Day weekend at The Forge.
The mamas are getting taken care of this weekend.
Two grand openings happening. A flower bar. Mimosas. A permanent jewelry event. Mama-and-me minis at Noira. Brunch tables, treatment chairs, and so many small ways to make her feel seen.
Our tenants know how to show up for the mamas.

Not only do we have our own grand opening coming up soon, this weekend two of our tenants are celebrating grand openings of their own.
Neon Republic Salon is celebrating their grand reopening in Suite 218 from 4 pm to 7 pm. Champagne, desserts, tiny tattoos, giveaways, and a dress code worth showing up for.
Root Cellar Market is opening their doors for the first time, 11 am to 7 pm. Stop in, see the space, say hi, and enter to win a curated basket of local goods.
Make a day of it. Two openings, one building, and a whole lot in between to land on.
