Helping Oregonians pay for college through grants, scholarships, and financial education
The Office of Student Access and Completion (OSAC) administers more than 600 scholarship programs for Oregon students through a single application. OSAC also administers state grants including the Oregon Opportunity Grant and the Oregon Promise. Other key projects include the Oregon Student Aid Application (ORSAA) and the ASPIRE program.

SPRING GRADUATES: Are you working to raise your GPA to a 2.0? You must apply for Oregon Promise now. Your deadline to apply is June 1! Once your final grades are available, you can then update your Oregon Promise application.

SPRING GRADUATES: Remember, there are two main steps to apply for Oregon Promise: 1) Submit Oregon Promise application (OregonStudentAid.gov) 2) Submit the 2026-27 FAFSA or ORSAA. Complete BOTH steps by your deadline!
