The universe was created with frequency. All creatures, plants, and minerals are energetic frequencies and we all meet in this realm. Our bodies resonate with one another through this frequency communication. When we speak, our sound frequencies meet our listeners sound frequency when the receiver hears your words.

When we hug each other, our body's core frequency meets the receiver's core body frequency.

Sound Bath for April has been cancelled as it is Easter Sunday. There is another sound bath happening at Indigo Wellness Center but I don't know who is facilitating it or if it is open to the public. Thanks and I'll see how May works out.

We had an incredible sound bath last night.

If any of you are planning to come to my sound bath tonight at Indigo Wellness Center, bring a comfortable mat, pillow, and blanket. There are yoga mats available as well.

What a wild healing journey. We all find ourselves on paths that are either open or closed. This past month I discovered that resolving my own hidden trauma is not always easy.

I found a wellness center to work with and that journey closed suddenly.

I awakened to another wellness center here in Salem that supports me in ways I never imagined.

That being said, I have discovered that when a door gets slammed shut, a window opens.

I will post a new sound bath event to happen the first Sunday of each month here in downtown Salem

I will share my instruments including Native American-style flutes along with singing bowls and other percussion.
