Extreme temperatures and air quality can seriously impact health. Eligible individuals may receive a portable air conditioner and heater to help maintain a safe indoor temperature. Additionally, air filtration devices, especially for people with respiratory health conditions, to improve indoor air quality, and support healthier breathing at home.

If you or someone you support lives in Yamhill County and may qualify for Health-Related Social Needs support, we’re here to help connect you to resources.
