When I went to nursing school, I never imagined this is what I’d be doing.
I thought I wanted to be a trauma nurse. I pictured myself working in the ER, saving lives, and living for the adrenaline of it all.
And this?
This isn’t that. Plain and simple.
I’m not saving lives in the way I once imagined I would.
But I am making my clients happy.
I’m helping someone feel a little more confident when they look in the mirror.
I’m giving someone permission to do something that’s just for THEM.
I get to be part of those little moments when they look at themselves and smile.
And honestly, I’ve realized that making someone feel good about themselves matters, too.
Nursing took me somewhere I never expected to go—and somehow, I think I ended up exactly where I’m supposed to be.

Lost weight? Your face may have changed more than you expected.
When we talk about weight loss, we usually celebrate the number on the scale—but we don’t always talk about what happens to the face and neck afterward.
A reduction in facial volume can make certain areas feel more hollow, while changes in skin laxity and elasticity can make lines, texture, or looseness more noticeable.
And this is where I think it’s important to look beyond filler.
Not every change needs to be replaced with volume.
Sometimes the focus should be on skin quality and collagen support first.
This is where treatments like microneedling with PRF can be a great part of the conversation, along with a consistent home routine. 6 years. One client. Yearly lip filler maintenance.
Looking back at these photos makes me happy for a lot of reasons.
First, I’m incredibly grateful that this client has trusted me with her lips for the last six years. Being able to follow someone’s results over that long is pretty special. She was one of my first lip filler clients I ever had!
But as an injector, I also LOVE looking at these photos and seeing the consistency. No migration. No loss of definition. No progressively overfilled appearance. Just lips that have been intentionally maintained over time.
This hasn’t been six years of trying to make her lips bigger and bigger. It’s been six years of small, intentional treatments, reassessing along the way, and maintaining shape, hydration and proportion as she’s changed.
And honestly, this is the kind of result that makes me proud of what I do.
Lip filler doesn’t have to mean constantly adding more. When it’s approached with a long-term plan, it can be about maintaining something beautiful—not continually changing it.
Six years of trust. Six years of maintenance. And results I’m still really proud of.

But seriously — I’m SO appreciative of every client who trusts me enough to let me share their results on my page. While Instagram can be fun, silly, and a place to show a little personality, it’s also becoming a growing representation of my work, and I never take it for granted when you allow me to share yours.

A little behind-the-scenes of me doing my own microneedling because… well… I don’t have anyone else to do it for me.
