Finished up this Mercedes 280SE head we replaced all of the valve guides, machined the original valves and seats. Then media blasted the head and machined the head gasket surface

This was a project we finished up a while back, it is a Volkswagen VR6 rebuilt with all new bronze guides and Supertech valves. We did a multi-angle valve job on our Rottler SG7 machine and assembled the head with new Supertech springs. The block was rebuilt as well and bored over for larger pistons

This is a 1953 Wi***es CJ3A. We did a complete overhaul on this engine with new pistons, valves, guides, seats.

Finished up a quick valve job on these Caterpillar 3416 heads. The Cat 3416 is a 27 Liter V-12 engine.
