DFW Precise Remodeling

At a Realtor’s Request!

A local homeowner had moved out of her home and was preparing to list the property with a local Realtor. Her goal was simple: get the most value possible when it hit the market.

Her Realtor recommended that she hire DFW Precise Remodeling to transform the home and make it “Market Ready.”

The homeowner turned the property over to our team, and in less than three weeks, we completed the work needed to get the home ready for the market.

As you can see from the pictures, the transformation made a tremendous difference! The homeowner was extremely happy with the results and was ready to turn the property over to her Realtor and put it on the market.

If you’re preparing to sell your home and want to make it “Market Ready,” give DFW Precise Remodeling a call. We’d be happy to help you transform your property and get it ready for its next chapter!

❤️ Tuesday was National Giving Day!

At DFW Precise Remodeling, we’re blessed to do business in communities that have given us so much support over the years. That’s why, whenever we have an opportunity to give back, we believe we have a responsibility to do so.

Recently, we learned that food banks in Wylie were running low on something as simple — yet so important — as peanut butter and jelly. David was honored to step in and deliver items to help meet that need.

Then, another opportunity came our way. A wheelchair became available, and we were grateful to be able to donate it to God’s Pantry in Plano. We know that something as basic as a wheelchair can mean so much to someone who needs greater mobility, independence, and dignity.

These moments remind us that help doesn’t always have to be big to make a big difference. Sometimes, it’s simply noticing a need and asking, “What can we do to help?”

We don’t do this for recognition. We do it because these are our communities, these are our neighbors, and when we can help, we want to help.

So, if you see a need in our local communities, please keep DFW Precise Remodeling on your radar. We can’t promise we’ll always have the answer — but if we have the ability to make a difference, we’ll do our best to be there.

Because remodeling homes is what we do…
but helping people is what makes it all worthwhile. ❤️

🇺🇸 A Special Day We Must Never Forget! 🇺🇸

I took the morning off from work to attend the City of Sachse’s Remembrance Ceremony honoring the 25th anniversary of September 11, 2001.

Twenty-five years later, the memories of that tragic day remain deeply etched in our hearts. On September 11, our nation was attacked when the Twin Towers, the Pentagon, and other locations were struck by unimaginable acts of terror. So many innocent Americans lost their lives, and countless families, first responders, military members, and fellow citizens were forever changed.

Today, we pause to remember and honor every life lost that day. We remember the heroes who ran toward danger while others were running away. We remember the families who faced unimaginable heartbreak. And we remember the incredible courage, unity, and patriotism that brought Americans together in the days that followed.

It was an honor to stand alongside the officials and leaders of the City of Sachse as our community came together to pay tribute to those we lost and to those who sacrificed so much.

I was also honored to have the opportunity to take a photo with Mayor Jeff Bickerstaff.

May we never forget the lives lost, the heroes who served, and the sacrifices made for our great nation.

God Bless the United States of America. 🇺🇸🙏

We Remember. We Honor. We Will Never Forget.

Fabulous Documentary "We're Here"

Do you want to set down in front of your TV and watch a great film about TEXAS and the struggles it has and is going through for the Texas American Rancher?
Log on to Amazon Prime Video and pay the low cost of $3.99 to rent this great film produced right here locally by Wells Ranch Productions.

We Support the American Rancher! 🇺🇸🐂
My wife, Debbie, and I were honored to purchase and donate ½ ton of cattle feed to the Forney High School Agriculture Department on Tuesday.

We met with Agriculture Instructor Beth Malone, whose students graciously helped unload the feed onto a pallet. The donation will be picked up by Lee Wells, who is spearheading the Ross Fire Relief Drive to provide assistance to cattlemen in Palo Pinto and Jack Counties, Texas.

Recent wildfires have destroyed thousands of acres of natural grassland, leaving many ranchers facing significant challenges in feeding and caring for their cattle.

We are proud to do our small part to support the hardworking men and women of the American ranching community during this difficult time. To contribute, go to: [email protected].

God bless our Texas ranchers, our agricultural communities, and everyone lending a helping hand! 🇺🇸🙏🐂

Another Fabulous Kitchen!

A family called us to repair damage from an upstairs water leak that damaged their kitchen below. They wanted to use this time to renew their kitchen and knew our company was the one to call.
Our designer went to work and as you can see in the before and after photos, we turned their kitchen into a showpiece they will enjoy for years to come!

NEED AN EXTRA ROOM ???

An established customer with our company for many years just bought a new house in Princeton this past week. This house has a garage that is extra deep by like 15 feet.
The customer and myself put our brains together and came up with this great idea of putting a wall across the front section of the garage thus giving them an extra room of like 15' x 11'.
As you can see in the pics below we framed, sheetrocked, painted, and had our HVAC company run an additional duct into this room for comfort that can be closed when not in use.
Need extra room in your house - give us a call for ideas?

In Need of a New Door?

One of our repeat customers called us and asked if we could replace a back door unit for them. It was an odd size and they had attempted to use the "Big Box Stores" for help with no success?
No problem with our company - We simply called our custom door supplier and had it built and within 5 days were installing it as you can see in the pictures below.
