Two local businessmen and long-time friends Howie Lazerowich and Joe Roy recently bought and transformed The Inn at Rye Place, formerly the Rosewood Inn, into an affordable, boutique hotel just three miles from the Rye beaches.

Picturesque walking and biking trails also surround the property, giving guests the opportunity to plan weddings, family vacations, beach trips or business travel — much like Portsmouth and Hampton offer, but with less congestion and noise.
