Today, we honor the strength, resilience, and contributions of the Black community while reflecting on the importance of freedom, equality, and continued progress. It is also a time to celebrate the rich culture, history, and voices that continue to shape and enrich our communities.

An impromptu trip to the Seacoast Science Center was in order on this beautiful day! Feeling extra grateful for this coastal community of good friends and gorgeous views 🤍🌊

During Men’s Health Week, we’re encouraging the men in our communities to prioritize their health and wellbeing.

Healthy habits, regular checkups, and staying active can all play an important role in overall wellness and quality of life.

This week, we had our monthly session of Anahata Healing Arts with Kara! She taught us about concentric circles, which are two or more circles that share the same center point yet don’t overlap. We love seeing the creativity and imagination our community holds! 🎨🫟

It’s National CNA Week, and Benchmark is proud to celebrate the incredible Certified Nursing Assistants who bring compassion, comfort, and connection to our communities every day.

Through their dedication, kindness, and meaningful relationships with residents, our CNAs make a lasting difference in the lives of those they care for.
