"Today I broke away from my usually cyclical schedule. I started by taking a 30-minute walk and later drove to Lincoln Parish Library, Ruston. I read various articles displayed to mark Domestic Violence Awareness, read newspapers briefly, and went downtown for lunch. I then returned to library to study.
It was a great day. I feel refreshed after such a well-spent day." -Mathias Cheboi.
