Hey Braves!

We need YOU in just a few short hours to join us in voting for the approval of our 2026-2027 proposed budget, appointing a financial reconciliation committee and approving our e-commerce policy.

We are hoping to not take up a ton of your time but to make a large impact with the time that you do give us, every vote counts and we need at least 10 people to make a change!!

And while you’re there, come say hello at the DFT PTA table, grab some info, and join the PTA for the 2026–2027 school year.

We need at least 10 PTA members physically present to meet quorum and conduct this important business.

This meeting is specifically to vote on a few time-sensitive PTA matters, including our annual budget and financial procedures.

Your presence matters. Your voice matters. And we can’t do this without you! 💙

WANTED: PTA TREASURER

SUBJECT IS STILL AT LARGE. 👀💰

We’ve searched the trail, checked the wagons, and interrogated the spreadsheets...

But our DFT PTA TREASURER is still nowhere to be found. 🤠

And folks, we’re not looking for just anyone. We need a highly capable, organized, trustworthy number wrangler who is ready to take the reins and help keep our PTA on the right financial trail.

DUTIES INCLUDE:
💰 Managing PTA finances
📊 Creating and overseeing the budget
🧾 Maintaining financial records
🏦 Preparing financial reports
📝 Keeping our PTA financially compliant

⏰ Time commitment: 2–3 hours per week

This role is an important part of keeping our PTA moving forward and making sure every dollar we raise goes toward supporting our students, staff, and school community. ❤️💙
