What to do on a bad weather day?

Well, I've been thinking the last few days.... I had my "final tournament " planned. Short version of a long story, a hurricane destroyed the course, and the event got cancelled.

I'm not sure I want it to end that way. Don't know when.. don't know where... but I gotta do something

As most of you know I've been really big into Disc Golf for quite some time. Started back in 1998 and never let up. I've reached a point lately, over the last several months, probably closer to the beginning of the year, where I just don't enjoy it like I used to. I don't even have the urge to go play anymore. It used to be always on my mind and what I wanted to go do with my free time. Now, it's just something to do and not something that I want to do. I have been forcing myself to go hoping that I can enjoy it again. Still not working. I still enjoy the people, that has never been the issue . I just no longer have the desire for the game. The game that has taken up literally half of my life.

With that being said, I think the Victoria Un-Open will probably be my last tournament to run. I am sure you will still see me on the course from time to time. I mean, come on, it's something to do. And hopefully one day I will get back to where I used to be and actually enjoy it the way a person should.

Until then, it is time to take my focus to different things that I want in life. Thank you all for all the years that you guys have stuck by me. Helped me, supported me, encouraged me… I appreciate that more than any of you will ever know.
