What a roller coaster of a day yesterday! After failing to pass in the early afternoon, HB 4918 was brought back up for a motion to reconsider by Chairman Cain which ultimately passed! Soon after, HB 4918 was passed to final engrossment on the house floor and now on its way to the Senate. Thank you to Chairman Cain and Representative Rosenthal for protecting this bill!
