Virtual 8 Racing

To help make up for last week's technical issues, tonight is a TRIPLE HEADER!! Practice is open for the 45 lap race at the Chili Bowl. Then we head to the Dirt Figure 8 track for two 20 lap races. All count toward the True Grit Dirt Street Stock Series.

Sorry for the late notice, but tonight's True Grit event is cancelled. V8R headquarters is without power for about 2 more hours.

Last Tuesday at Hales Corners Speedway, Adam Radiske and Chuck Barnes picked up the Feature wins. Chuck extended his points lead a little bit as we head into week 4 of the 8 on the True Grit schedule.

Tomorrow night, we split the night between The Chili Bowl and Orange County Fair Speedway. The smallest and largest tracks of the series on the same night. Updated points standings can be found here: https://fig8654.wixsite.com/virtual8racing/streetstock-standings

We are back at it tonight with two more True Grit Street Stock races at Hales Corners Speedway. Server opens at 7:30pm CST with qualifying at 8:10.

It was forever ago that we ran our last event at Grundy County Dirt. Races 3 and 4 of the True Grit Street Stock Series both went to our AI friends, Dan Banker and Chuck Barnes. Our human racers fought hard with both heavy competition and wicked slick track. Good racing throughout.

Next up is double 45 lap feature races this Tuesday night at Hales Corners WKC. The server will be open no later than 7:30pm CST with race 1 qualifying at 8:10pm.

Practice is underway for tonight's True Grit Series event.

Tonight, the True Grit Street Stock Series heads to Grundy County Dirt in Morris Illinois for two 50 lap feature races. Be sure to check Racer Connect for new carfiles before entering the server.

This time tomorrow night, The Virtual 8 Racing True Grit Street Stock Series will be at Grundy County Dirt for two 50 lap features. Will Heckman's hot streak continue?

The True Grit Series opened on Tuesday night at Beaver Dam Raceway. Andrew Heckman in the #70 Monte Carlo picked up both Feature wins making it a clean sweep on the night. They did not come easily though as he had to work his way through traffic in both races. Congrats Andrew and THANK YOU racers for joining us on Tuesday.
