🏡 SOLD | FIRST HOME! 🤍

This one was extra special.

There’s something so exciting about helping first-time homebuyers go from “Where do we even start?” to holding the keys to THEIR HOME! 🔑

I absolutely loved working with this sweet couple and walking them through every part of the home-buying process. Buying your first home comes with a million questions and big decisions, and I genuinely love getting to explain it all, advocate for my clients, and make sure they feel confident every step of the way.

And now they officially get to call ROCKWALL HOME! ❤️

They found such a beautiful home at 2647 Waterstone Lane, and I couldn’t be more thrilled for them as they start this next chapter together. I hope this home is filled with years of laughter, celebrations, memories, and all the little everyday moments that end up meaning the most.

Thank you to Capital Title for getting us across the finish line and Highlands Mortgage for helping make this one happen. It takes a great team to get to closing day!

Welcome home & welcome to Rockwall! 🤍

Thinking about buying your first home in Rockwall, Heath, Fate or the surrounding North Texas area? I’d love to help you understand the process, know what to expect, and find the right home when you’re ready.

🚨 YMSL HEATH HARBOR MOMS — MARK YOUR CALENDARS! 🇺🇸

Our September Member Moms Meeting is coming up, and this month we’re putting the FOCUS ON PHILANTHROPY! ❤️

📅 Tuesday, September 15
⏰ 6:00–7:00 PM
📍 First United Methodist Church Heath

This meeting will focus on the 2026 YMSL Ultimate Gift theme: food insecurity and why it was selected as this year’s national focus.

We’ll learn more about how food insecurity impacts families right here in our local community, hear from an organization working to meet this need, and participate in a hands-on service project supporting one of our local philanthropy partners.

This is such a great opportunity to better understand the why behind the service our boys are doing—and the impact YMSL can make when we serve together. 💙

Member Moms, we hope to see you there! Be sure to check the YMSL calendar for meeting details and any updates.

Some of the best seats at the City of Heath’s annual Fourth of July Parade weren’t along the curb—they were made possible by the incredible hearts of our YMSL Heath Harbor moms and young men. ❤️🤍💙

This morning, YMSL Heath Harbor partnered with AvilaCare Senior Living to set up tents, assist residents outdoors, and create a front-row parade experience so they could celebrate America’s birthday with the rest of our community. From helping with seating to sharing smiles and conversations, these moments are what service is all about.

We’re so proud of these young men for choosing to spend their holiday giving back and honoring the generations who came before them. Thank you to the wonderful staff at AvilaCare Senior Living and the City of Heath for making this hometown tradition so special. The annual Independence Day Parade is one of Heath’s most cherished community events, bringing neighbors together each July 4th.

🇺🇸 Happy Independence Day from YMSL Heath Harbor!

SOLD! 🏡✨

We received a strong offer on the very first day this home hit the market, and successfully closed just 30 days later.

I’m especially excited for these sellers because they invested so much time, energy, and care into preparing their home before listing. Every update, every project, and every detail helped position them for success—and seeing that hard work turn into a profitable sale is exactly why preparation matters.

Selling a home isn’t about luck. It’s about having the right pricing strategy, marketing plan, and negotiation from day one.

Congratulations to my wonderful sellers on a successful closing, and congratulations to the new homeowners who get to enjoy this incredible home in Heath, Texas!

If you’re thinking about selling your home in Heath, Rockwall, or the surrounding DFW area, I’d love to show you how a strategic plan before your home ever hits the market can make all the difference.
