Spring Chaser 5K

So many posts! Thank you to everyone who participated in this year's Spring Chaser Virtual 5k and Scavenger Hunt! We will be busy double checking posts and adding today. Winners to be announced soon!

It feels like summer, but it's still officially spring through Saturday. Submit your scavenger hunt pictures for points before the deadline!

Pick up at 2105 16th Street in Moline. They are open Tuesdays through Saturdays 10am - 4pm.

This is the last week to register for Spring Chaser! You have until the end of spring (June 20th) to participate in the virtual 5k and Scavenger Hunt.

So….how does this all work?
VIRTUAL 5K – Run or walk a 5k (3.1 miles) on your own or with others between March 20 and June 20, 2021. You can run any route of your choosing. Record your time by sending a picture of your watch, Strava or other run app, or treadmill and submit it for points towards the scavenger hunt.
SCAVENGER HUNT - Take a picture or video of you doing the activity or at the location. Post the picture or video to Spring Chaser 5k page or event, on Instagram , or you can email it to [email protected].
We feel strongly about supporting the small businesses in our community. The pandemic has been hard for all of us, but small businesses have especially struggled. We are having you stop at some of our favorite locally owned places and businesses that have been supporters of our charity, Rescued.
PRIZES!! The top TEN point earners will win prizes in local business gift cards and merchandise.
1st place - $100
2nd place - $50
3rd place - $30
4th – 10th place - $10
