This class will demonstrate how to sew a Warren (aka Charity Bear) by Shiny Happy World from a felted sweater.
Warrens are very comforting, great to have around when you’re feeling anxious, or great to give as a gift. If you have an old sweater you’d like to use, bring it with you. Materials will be provided!
Machine and hand sewing skills required.

You’ll be guided through every critical milestone of sock anatomy. Learn to navigate double-pointed or circular needles with absolute confidence.

Ready to turn scrap fabrics into a stunning wall or door quilt? Join our first-ever Quilt Pride class! Perfect for makers with basic sewing machine experience looking to master sustainable quilting.
In this 3 week class, you will learn the art of scrappy quilting, dive into SewGreen’s famous scrap stash for the project and have access to shop machines during non-class hours if needed. All fabric materials are included in the class. Bring your own machine if you’d like or use one of ours!

Slow Stitch Saturday invites experienced hand stitchers to slow down and stitch intuitively in a relaxed, creative space and learn something new. Using fabric scraps, thread, and simple hand stitching techniques, participants will create without patterns or rules—just imagination and inspiration. Materials are provided, though you’re welcome to bring your favorite fabrics, threads, or embellishments to personalize your project.
