Cook Properties is growing, and we’re looking for a Process Serving Specialist to join our team!

This role will support our legal and property management operations, working closely with our District Property Managers, attorneys, and leadership team to ensure legal documents are served accurately, professionally, and in compliance with New York State requirements.

This could be a great opportunity for someone with experience in process serving, legal services, property management, law enforcement, collections, or a related field who enjoys working independently and being out in the field.

💼 Salary: $60,000–$65,000 annually, based on experience
