Our portfolio has expanded!
Buckingham Properties recently acquired Blossom Business Center, adding 260,000 square feet and more than 30 new tenants to our portfolio. This acquisition marks our expansion into Rochester’s North Winton neighborhood and furthers our commitment to investing in the Rochester community.
The acquisition also brings new and continued partnerships. Child Care Council, Inc., a co-owner of the property and a longtime anchor tenant, will continue its work at Blossom Business Center. We’re also excited to continue our relationship with Artisan Works which will maintain ownership of their building while exploring new opportunities following the sale.
We’re excited to welcome Blossom Business Center to the Buckingham Properties portfolio and look forward to what’s ahead!

Alex Sosa’s interest in facilities began when he was 15, and that early passion has continued to shape his career. Since joining Buckingham Properties, he has grown into an Associate Facilities Supervisor and earned both our 2024 Rookie of the Year and 2025 Facilities MVP awards.
His next goal? Continuing to grow as a leader and working toward a Facilities Supervisor position.
